CareCob is built to support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards 2024 — specifically Standard 2 (ongoing assessment and planning) and Standard 3 (personal care and clinical care). All resident data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the Australian region, encrypted with AES-256 encryption, and managed with role-based access control. Facility managers, directors of nursing, care coordinators, and approved family members each have separate dashboard access levels.
Pricing is based on the number of resident profiles. Volume discounts apply for facilities with 50 or more residents. All enterprise plans include the full admin dashboard, family web portal, CSV export, automated reporting, and dedicated onboarding support.
